When automatic correction should be performed. <DWX-52D>
Changes in the operating environment or errors that place a heavy load on machine components may result in a deterioration of milling accuracy.
Automatic correction adjusts the position of ATC magazine and rotary axis unit.
◆ When automatic correction should be performed.
*Do not perform automatic correction if no failure is detected.
- When the machine is installed, moved, or transferred.
- When the spindle unit is replaced.
- When misalignment occurs in the milling position.
- When the milled output shows problems such as steps or holes opening in the Z direction.
- When a significant impact is applied to the driving axis, such as a broken thick milling bur or spindle collision.
