102D-0000 1029-0000 102A-0000 The spindle cannot be turned, The spindle experienced overcurrent/an overload <DWX-52D>
◆ If this error appears on a winter morning, it may be due to the internal grease freezing as the spindle cools.
Low temperatures during transport may cause this error during installation.
1 Warm up the spindle.
- Cover and warm the spindle directly with your hand.
- Use a hair dryer with care to prevent milling waste from entering the machine's interior.
2 Try “Spindle run-in”.

◆ Under-voltage cases
If multiple connections or other machines are connected to the same outlet as the machine, the voltage may be insufficient.
Please check the power capacity of the outlet and the machine specifications to ensure that sufficient power is available.
*The machine specifications are given in the Setup Guide.

◆ Life of the spindle
If the spindle feels heavy or makes gurgling noises when turned by hand, it should be replaced, even if it has been used for less than the standard replacement time of 2000 hours.
*The work time of the spindle can be checked in the VPanel.

◆ Milling bur wear
In these cases, milling requires more force than expected. They may be using a milling bur that is not sharp enough.
Replace the milling bur with a brand-new one.
Milling burs are consumables. Even within the replacement time of the milling bur, wear may be accelerated due to milling conditions and the type of material. If the milling bur is used until it breaks, the load on the spindle, collet, and motors will be higher, and machine problems may increase.
◆ Loosening spindle belt
Check that the belt is installed correctly. If the belt is not attached correctly, the motor’s force cannot be transmitted to the spindle.
- Position
Is it centered as shown in the diagram below? - Tension
Is there sufficient tension on the belt? If it is loose, adjust the belt tension.
1 Loosen the screws securing the motor stay by about two turns.
2 Adjust the belt position.
3 Secure the motor stay. Tighten the screws.
◆ If errors persist, please proceed with replacing the spindle.
The spindle is a consumable. The standard replacement time for use is 2000 hours, but wear or degradation may be accelerated due to milling conditions or the type of materials.
