The fixing screw has broken. <DWX-52D>
The screws used to secure the material or fasten the automatic correction jig may break or deform.
If the material is not properly secured, the quality of the milling surface is likely to deteriorate.
◆ Tightening screws with milling waste in the screw holes may result in materials and components being fixed at an angle.
If this is the case, the material will not be adequately secured and will rattle during machining. Remove milling waste from the screw holes to ensure that the part or material is fixed straight.
◆ The sleeve of the torque screwdriver may be broken and the torque to be tightened may be weak.
In this case, it is recommended to purchase a sleeve.
- Sleeve 0.3 Nm: 1000020156 TOOL,TORQUE SLEEVE PRC-SRSL-0.3
- Driver handle: 1000020157 TOOL,DRIVER HANDLE PRC-H02
*The use of a commercially available hexagonal screwdriver is not recommended, but it is possible. Take care not to damage materials and components by over-tightening the fixing screws.
*Do not use a sleeve when loosing the screws. Doing so may damage the sleeve. Use the handle and bit of the torque screwdriver when using a torque screwdriver to loosen the screws.
◆ The screws can be purchased in the same way as the milling bur.
