How to Change Cleaning Adapter Mode (Cleaning Operation After Milling) <DWX-53D>

Cleaning Adapter Mode

After milling is complete, the machine blows compressed air onto the adapter to remove milling waste. You can change the setting of this operation via the VPanel.

Cleaning adapter mode: [High speed], [Standard], [High quality], [Off]

*Initial setting: [Standard]

Selecting [High quality] makes it easier to remove milling waste but lengthens the milling time. Selecting [High speed] shortens the milling time but makes it easy for milling waste to remain in the adapter.

Regardless of the setting, the machine requires a minimum compressed air pressure of 0.4 MPa.

If the message "105F-0000  The pressure of the compressed air for blowing away the milling waste is out of range (too low)" appears on the VPanel during this operation, it may indicate insufficient air supply from the compressor.

Please ensure that your compressor meets the required specifications:

Setup Procedure

1.  Open the [Machine settings] in VPanel and click the [set] button of the Cleaning adapter mode in the [General] tab.

2.  Switch the setting to [High quality] or [High speed] or [Off] from [Standard].
