Override Milling Speed

If milling accuracy is poor, first check whether milling burs or spindle is worn out.

Depending on the combination of milling bur, material and CAM settings, slower milling speed may improve milling results.

VPanel has an Override feature that adjusts the milling speed or spindle speed as a percentage.

First, try reducing the milling speed to about 75% - 80%. The spindle speed remains fundamentally unchanged.

NOTE

The Override value returns to 100% when the machine is turned off.
