101D-0000 The % milling bur cannot be released <DWX-4W>

If the milling bur remains gripped, first remove the material, then proceed to remove the milling bur by clicking on VPanel [Settings] > [Maintenance] > [Open Collet] to complete the operation.

Possible causes

◆ Milling waste adheres to the collet, which is the part that chucks (grips) the milling bur.

Detach the collet and clean the inside.

◆ If the positional relationship between the stocker and the milling bur is displaced and the milling bur cannot be released, please perform automatic correction.

*Abnormal noise sounds when the milling bur enters the stocker.

◆ Collet deformation, cracks, chipping

Replace the collet. The collet is consumable.

*The collet must be ordered from your dealer in the same way as the milling bur.

*Brand-new spindle is supplied with a collet.
