If the spindle still holds the milling bur and becomes stuck somewhere after powering on... <DWX-53DC>

If you turn on the machine while the spindle is holding the milling bur, the milling bur held during the initial operations may become caught, leading to an error.

In such cases, remove the milling bur from the spindle using VPanel [Emergency Tool Release].

1  Power off the machine.

2  Open the Milling area cover and turn on the machine.

3  Activate VPanel with a PC connected to the machine.

4  Click the [Maintenance] tab in [Machine Settings] and ensure [Emergency Tool Release] is enabled.

If [Emergency Tool Release] is not enabled, repeat the procedure from step 1. It is especially important to ensure that the Milling area cover is left open during step 2 for the procedure to be effective.

5  Click on [Emergency Tool Release] while supporting the milling bur.

6  Slowly remove the milling bur from the spindle.

*At this time, the milling bur may stick to the collet and be difficult to remove. Pay attention to any deformities in the collet and remove them slowly.
