VPanel and the Machine Cannot Connect <DWX-4>
- Offline display on VPanel even when powered on.
- The machine does not work even when the output is applied.
- Print errors are displayed.
- "DWX-** (Copy1)" has appeared in the printer list.
- Nothing happens when data from the JOB is outputted. Milling does not start.
- No error message appears, and it fails to operate.
*Download and update the latest versions of the driver, VPanel and firmware from the download center.
◆ Poor USB cable contact
- Please check the insertion and removal of the connections. Connect and disconnect both the PC and DWX sides.
- Is the insertion port for USB? Check if HDMI is incorrectly connected.
- Poor USB connection on the PC may also be a factor. Change the USB port. Additionally, please check for any backlash.
- Sometimes, the cable between the machine and PC is defective. Replace it with different cables.
◆ Potential malfunction due to noise
Errors may occur during milling if the USB cable passes directly above the power cable.
◆ Extension cable, repeater cable, etc.
The connection may be disrupted by using cables of 5m or longer, such as extension cable, repeater cable, etc.
Non-original USB cables is not recommended.
◆ Driver Check (software for operating milling machines)
Windows icon (the icon in the lower left) > Settings > Bluetooth & Devices (Windows11) /Devices (Windows10) > Printers & Scanners
If there is no indication of the connected machine, the driver may have disappeared.
In that case, please reinstall the driver. Please check the user's manual.
◆ Printing Errors, printer errors, or “copy 1” is appearing.
Uninstall the driver and then reinstall it.
