VPanel and the Machine Cannot Connect <DWX-4>

• Offline display on VPanel even when powered on.
• The machine does not work even when the output is applied.
• Print errors are displayed.
• "DWX-** (Copy1)" has appeared in the printer list.
• Nothing happens when data from the JOB is outputted. Milling does not start.
• No error message appears, and it fails to operate.

◆ Poor USB cable contact

• Please check the insertion and removal of the connections. Connect and disconnect both the PC and DWX sides.
• Is the insertion port for USB? Check if HDMI is incorrectly connected.
• Poor USB connection on the PC may also be a factor. Change the USB port. Additionally, please check for any backlash.
• Sometimes, the cable between the machine and PC is defective. Replace it with different cables.
• Avoid using USB cables longer than 3 meters. Also, do not use USB repeater cables.
• Try using a powered USB hub.
  If the USB port on the PC does not supply sufficient power, this may resolve the issue.
• Do not use an unpowered USB hub.

◆ Potential malfunction due to noise

• Do not bundle the connected USB cable together with power cables or other cables. 
  If the USB cable is in contact with other cables, electrical noise from those cables may prevent normal operation.
• Keep the connected USB cable away from the dust collection hose. 
  Static electricity generated by the dust collection hose may prevent normal operation.
• Do not run high-load processes on the connected PC during machining. 
  Depending on the performance of the connected PC, running high-load processes such as CAM toolpath generation during machining may cause USB communication delays, which can prevent normal operation.

◆ Driver Check (software for operating milling machines)

Windows icon (the icon in the lower left) > Settings > Bluetooth & Devices (Windows11) /Devices (Windows10) > Printers & Scanners

If there is no indication of the connected machine, the driver may have disappeared. In that case, please reinstall the driver. Please check the user's manual.

Uninstall the driver and then reinstall it.

◆ Are the procedures correct when multiple machines are connected or when the machine ID has been changed?

The connection procedure may be incorrect. Please refer to the setup guide and confirm that you are following the correct connection procedure.

If the machine ID is changed, both the machine and VPanel must be restarted.
