1029-0000 102A-000* 102B-0000 The spindle experienced an overload/overcurrent, The spindle motor temperature is too high <DWX-43W>
These errors are caused by the spindle being subjected to loads exceeding the allowable range during milling.
Please check the following items:
- Are the workpiece and milling burs different from the milling data and CAM software settings?
- Has the milling bur reached its recommended replacement time?
- Is the coolant properly directed at the center of the milling bur during milling?
1. Are the workpiece and milling burs different from the milling data and CAM software settings?
Please make sure that the milling data and CAM software settings match the actual workpiece and milling burs being used.
If necessary, modify the milling data and CAM software settings, and mill using a workpiece and milling burs that match the settings.
2. Has the milling bur reached its recommended replacement time?
A milling bur that has reached its replacement time will have reduced milling performance. Please replace it with a new milling bur.
Please refer to the following table for the recommended replacement time of the milling bur.
Work piece | Milling bur | Replacement time |
Glass ceramics | ZGB-125D | 10 h |
ZGB-50D | 14 h | |
ZGB2-125D | 10 h | |
ZGB2-50D | 14 h | |
ZGB2-25D / 75D | 7 h | |
Titanium alloys | ZTR-150D | 15 h |
ZTB-100D | 6 h | |
ZTB-50D | 15 h |
NOTE
The above replacement time serves as a guideline when milling general commercial work pieces under our recommended milling conditions. Depending on the work pieces and milling conditions, the actual replacement time may be shorter.
In addition, VPanel can track the work time and manage the replacement time of the milling bur. For details, please refer to the following pages:
"Setting Milling Burs to Use in Milling" - User's Manual
"Automatically Switching Out the Worn Milling Bur (Intelligent Tool Control)" - User's Manual
3. Is the coolant properly directed at the center of the milling bur during milling?
If the coolant is not properly directed at the center of the milling bur, maintenance should be performed.
For details, please refer to the following pages:
