In VPanel, the machine's status shows as offline.
If VPanel causes an unintentional offline condition, check the following settings.
1 VPanel cannot connect to the machine.
If it does not improve, check the following settings.
2 Change the “Power Management” settings of “USB Root Hub”.
2.1 Search for and open “Device Manager”.
2.2 Click “Universal Serial Path Controller” to expand.
2.3 Right-click on the USB root hub and select Properties.
*Depending on the PC you are using, there may be not only “USB Root Hub (USB 3.0)” but also “USB Root Hub” without “(USB 3.0)”.
2.4 Open the “Power management” tab, uncheck the boxes shown in the diagram below, and click OK.
Reconnect the USB after making the setting.
If the problem persists, check the following settings.
3 Change “Configuring USB Selective Suspend”.
3.1 Search for and open “Edit Power Plan”.
3.2 Click “Change advanced power settings”.
3.3 Click “USB settings”> “USB Selective Suspend setting”.
3.4 Set ”On batter” and “Plugged in” to “Disabled” respectively, then click ”OK”.
